The Gym Freak LEVEL 3 is for everyone who already spent good amount of time lifting seriously and for those who successfully completed Level 2 program.
You will perform a total of 15-21 sets per session and you will work push-pull split and quads and hamstrings you will train separately. You will do chest, shoulders & triceps in workout 1, back & biceps in workout 2, quads in workout 3, shoulders & arms in workout 4 and hamstrings in workout 5. You will also do a total core workout in your active rest day.
Duration of the program is 4-8 weeks and contain 1 training block, but you can follow this program as long as you are making progress. Once you feel that you've reached a plateau, its a perfect sign to contact me for a personalized workout & nutrition plan!
