The Gym Chick LEVEL 3 is for everyone who already spent good amount of time lifting seriously and for those who successfully completed Level 2 program.
You will train 6 times per week and perform total of 15-21 sets per session. Focus will be on glutes, hamstrings and quads and you will do agonist-antagonist split for upper body. It will help you develop rounder and sexier booty, well trained upper body musculature and strong core!
You will also do full body circuit workout and total core workout on your active rest days.
Duration of the program is 4-8 weeks and contains 1 training block, but you can follow this program as long as you are making progress. Once you feel that you've reached a plateau, its a perfect sign to contact me for a personalized workout & nutrition plan!
