The Gym Chick LEVEL 1 is for everyone who has no experience or is coming back after a long break from gym.

It’s a total-body workout in which you will train all  major muscles during each session in a total of 15-18 sets.
You will also do a full body circuit workout on your active rest day.

 

Duration of the program is 4-8 weeks and contains 1 training block, but you can follow this program as long as you are making progress. Once you reach a plateau, it’s a perfect sign to start Level 2 program.   
This workout provides a base for future gains and more challenging exercise variations.
