Why I started going to gym?
I was very skinny as a kid. All my childhood and middle of high school time I used to hate gym and I always thought that people who goes there that they are rude, arrogant, without manners and that’s why I found that gym is simply not for me.I had a self-confidence problem which troubled my head with a question “what others think about me?” My girlfriend that time was really, but really good looking in perfect shape and I always felt jealousy when she gets attention from another guys who were way bigger and better looking then me. It was all about appearance in my head, haha! Every time I look myself in the mirror I start thinking why I was not gifted with more muscles !One day couple of my school mates invited me to join their group in some gym in our neighborhood. I would probably never start if they didn’t ! hahaFinally I broke that wall which separates me of going to the gym. It was hard to leave out of my comfort zone but I did it! That time I realized many things: people were polite, we had so much laugh and my friends were not so much stronger then me (even they were not beginners) haha . I met many new friends which i’m in contact until now…
